The Power of Words:
Watching the breath, feeling the soles of the feet on the earth in each step, looking at the face infront of me as if I were going to paint their portrait — keeps me present. Practice this, and you will begin to fall in love with all that surrounds you. The desire to uplift and to care builds and you feel expansion. At times no words may describe the feeling. Sometimes, especially when confronted or irritated, if we could take a breath in, rather than spit bitter words out, we can spare a heart.
